Yes!! Please ensure you are home as we are delivery fresh produce, and most items will need to be placed in the fridge to avoid your food being perished. We will try our best to deliver your order in the select delivery timeslot you have selected.

Yes. Midnight for next day delivery given the desired timeslot has capacity. We recommend placing your order 2-3 days prior to the desired delivery day.

Yes, the minimum order amount is $50.

Yes, there is a $10 delivery charge for any orders under $150. Free shipping on any orders over $150.

Estimated total is the best estimate based on the weight of our fresh produce. We endeavor to prepare your order as closest to the weight order as possible.

Once we have freshly prepared and weighed your order, your final total will be deducted from your payment.

Due to the weight variability on fresh produce that isn’t pre-packaged, the total order cost may differ from checkout, once your fresh produce is weighed and packed. We do however try and get this as accurate as possible. Your credit card will be charged with this updated amount.

There are some instances where our local suppliers do not have enough stock available to fulfil your order due to certain circumstances. In these cases, as per our terms and conditions our supplier may replace it with a similar item. We do our best to update stock.

Once you receive your order please check you have received all items and the produce is of good. Quality. If there are any issues, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery via email hello@localfresh2u.com.au. Requests after 24 hours will not be accepted. Firstly, login in your profile and select your delivery postcode. Once postcode has been checked for serviceability, select the little person icon near your cart then ‘My Profile’. Under ‘My Orders’ will show your order history. Simply click reorder on the order you would like to receive again. Item will be placed in your cart for you to complete the new order. Items may be removed or added to this new order.

Under ‘Refer a Friend’ enter your friend’s email address for your friend to receive their one-time 10% discount code. Once your friend has used their one-time 10% discount code, you will receive your 10% discount to use on your next order purchase.

Gift Cards must be purchased separately for any other items. Ensure your cart is empty prior to adding in the Gift Card. Gift Cards must be used in total at checkout. No remaining balances can be carried over.
